How long does it take to make and ship my order?
Generally custom items take 2 to 5 days to make. Standard delivery takes 3 to 5 more days. We will give you a delivery estimate at the time of order to make sure it arrives when you need it

We will speed orders through the system when we can, just let us know when ordering

How do I find the right clothing size?
Look at the size chart link on every clothing page. Measure a shirt you own and compare it to our numbers. Due to the extensive range of garments we offer, we suggest checking our sizing charts before ordering
Returns & Refunds
Can I return a custom item?
No. We cannot accept returns or give refunds on personalized items unless we made a mistake or the item arrived damaged.
What is the turnaround time for custom clothing orders?
Our typical turnaround time for custom manufacturing is 2 to 5 days depending on the order volume and complexity. We always strive to provide updates throughout the design and production process.
